# Release notes
1. Collect merged PRs since the last tag.
2. Group them by area.
Discovered in ~/.agents/skills and .agents/skills from the project root down to the working directory; a project skill overrides a user skill of the same name. Names and descriptions go into the system prompt; the model reads the whole file when a task matches. Frontmatter asking for hooks, shell execution, or permission changes is ignored.
MCP servers
mcp.toml in ~/Happy/Config (macOS) or ~/happy/config (Linux), or at a workspace root:
[mcp_servers.docs]
command = "docs-mcp-server"
args = ["--stdio"]
[mcp_servers.remote_docs]
url = "https://mcp.example.com/mcp"
bearer_token_env_var = "MCP_BEARER_TOKEN"
Stdio for local processes, Streamable HTTP for remote services. Every model shares one catalog. MCP tools need Auto or Full access and every Auto call is reviewed. Servers listed in Codex or Claude Code configuration are not imported.
